After a long time away, we are happy to be back and share with you what's happened over the past couple of months. We talk about how to handle the low moments in life and how to lead as an example and how to control our emotions before we hit our breaking point. We also touch on learning how to be self-aware of our feelings and thoughts and building mental strength when things get tough.

With June being Men's Mental Health Month, this is a topic very close to our hearts and one that is not mentioned enough these days.
