Father engagement and involvement are critically important. However, too often without strategic leadership and support related to infusing father involvement and engagement in the process of serving families, fatherhood remains isolated as a set-aside consideration of little consequence.

This Podcast explores with Iris Krieg, Executive Director of the Pritzker Early Childhood Foundation, why father engagement and involvement matters. We discuss Iris’ evolution and leadership as a funder in the area of early childhood and family strengthening. We also discuss how the work of father involvement and engagement is essential to positive child outcomes and family strengthening.
