what "that girl" morning routine trend is: Waking up at 7AM, drinking a glass of lemon water, taking a shower, brushing teeth, etc. Then journaling your gratitude in a aesthetic journal, and working out in a cute outfit, eating a healthy breakfast (ex. oatmeal, smoothie, pancakes, etc)
My version of "that girl day": After morning, going to library to read, coming home and making a healthy lunch, meditate, eat a snack, complete rest of to do list, and make a healthy dinner. (drinks lemon water throughout the day)
