In light of everything that's going on in the world, it's time we as black people start uplifting one another and start showing support for each other. So as promised a month ago, we're here with a new series on Fax From The Lab called Black Wall Street. Where we interview black business owners and talk to them about their business. From their start at the bottom, to their rise to the top. As our way of supporting black business. For episode 23, and first episode of this series, our guest is LaLa Samuel. Founder of her business La'Licious Crochet. She tells us her story of how she got started, where she is now, and what she hopes for in the future. She makes great crochet clothing and if you are interested in contacting her, the info will be below. We're excited about this new series and look forward to interviewing more black business owners. #SupportBlackBusiness -- [FOLLOW US ON INSTAGRAM FOR THE LATEST NEWS AND UPDATES! @faxfromthelab] -- [STARRING: Max Sayless, Mic Navarro, Latoya "LaLa" Samuel] -- [MUSIC: Nas - "Get Down"] -- [Contact La'Licious Crochet for business: @lalicious_crochet (Instagram), www.laliciouscrochet.com coming soon] -- #BLM #FFTL #DontTakeItPersonal

Once again we're here trying something new! Lab Files episodes will be short episodes recapping events or trips that we were apart of. Think of these like album skits or interludes. This is not a full length episode. Anyway, for the debut of Lab Files, we recap our recent visit to Washington DC. Joining the protesters on the new Black Lives Matter Plaza. If you follow us in Instagram you already caught a glimpse of it. But here it is more in depth. This will be the first of many short Lab Files so enjoy! - [FOLLOW US ON INSTAGRAM! @faxfromthelab] - [STARRING: Max Sayless, Mic Navarro] - [MUSIC: unknown DJ Premier instrumental] - #FFTL #FFTL2020 #DontTakeItPersonal #BlackLivesMatter

In the wake of the senseless, malicious murder of George Floyd by Minneapolis police officer Derrick Chauvin, the country has had enough. Protests, violent riots and destroyed property have broke out all over the country in what looks to be a total state of anarchy. For episode 22, we have one of our deepest round table discussions yet. From police brutality, to racism, to the people protesting and so on. We give our thoughts on what needs to be done, what you can do, and whether this country can move on from this systematic racism and hate. We want to give a big thanks to our call in guests on this episode too that called in to voice their opinion. Fax From The Lab would like to send it's deepest condolences to the family of George Floyd, Breana Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery and all African Americans who have lost their lives at the hands of police unjustly. We won't stop rioting. We won't stop protesting. We won't stop until our voices are heard. #BlackLiveMatter.
