To the world, the Cross of Christ is foolishness, but to those who believe it is salvation. When you see the Cross, do you see foolishness or forgiveness?

Too often we as Christians get bogged down in the "how" we do things and we forget the "why" we do it. Join us as Chas reminds us that everything we do is about a Savior: Jesus.

1 Corinthians 1:1-9

In our last week in Exodus, Chas takes us through chapter 18 as we take a look at Moses' father-in-law Jethro and how its because of his influence that the church is structured the way it is. We also see how when Jethro encounters the stories of the Lord as told by Moses, he had no choice but to believe.

This morning we look at Exodus 17 and the story of the Israelites vs. the Amalekites and how when Moses had his hands raised to Heaven, the Israelites were victorious but when his hands were lowered they were defeated. This story points out the human side of Moses in the very real way that he needed help in order to keep his hands raised. The strength was not in Moses; the strength was in the staff of the Lord.

This morning we look at Exodus 16 and the account of the mana God sent from heaven during the Israelites years in the desert. Each morning, God would send just enough for the day. Do you trust the Lord every day to give you what you need?

Throughout the bible, we see those who love and follow the Lord writing songs to Him.  Pastor Chas believes that we should express our love and admiration through song and asks us a simple question, "What are your songs?"

When man makes a promise, it can easily be broken. When God makes a promise it can never be broken. Join us as we discuss the promises God gives us when we choose to follow Him.

On this Senior Recognition Sunday, join us as we talk about the reality that if the church is going to thrive, then everyone needs a seat at the table. Young, old, big, small, it doesn't matter; everyone needs a seat at the table. 

The final step of God's redemption plan is for us to proclaim his name to the ends of the Earth.
