Did you know you are a holy priest in God’s kingdom?

You may have never been to Bible school, and the thought of seeing a Greek verb might make you feel like an undergrad at a rocket science convention.

Did you know you are a holy priest in God’s kingdom?

You may have never been to Bible school, and the thought of seeing a Greek verb might make you feel like an undergrad at a rocket science convention. 🚀

But if you are a Christian, God has chosen you.

As a follower of Jesus, you have incredible status, perhaps even more than you know!

In this sermon, we’re going to explore how God has made you as a priest, prophet, and as royalty in his kingdom. You might be surprised at the authority we have as God’s people, and you’ll get to see how this practically affects the way we live today.

As you read the Gospels, you can’t help but notice the disciples arguing about who was the greatest.

Who was the most important?

Who had the most power and influence?

Who got the best seat next to Jesus?

Sound familiar? Sound like anything you've experienced before at work, school, or even at home?

Jesus responded to these "discussions" by teaching about true greatness.

He showed an example of humble service and gave a new commandment to follow. It’s a commandment so foundational you can't live the Christian life successfully without it.

Have you ever wondered how the Holy Spirit works? Or what it takes for you to experience his power in your life?

The Holy Spirit's presence and power in a believer is one of the most misunderstood and neglected benefits of the Christian life.

In fact, some have even referred to the Holy Spirit as "the forgotten God." But if we want to live like Jesus, the Spirit's empowerment is absolutely essential.

In this message, you'll learn how the Holy Spirit works in the life of a believer and how He makes it possible for us to enjoy the fullness of our salvation through his empowering presence. You don't want to miss this.

In this sermon, we’re going to look at two more benefits of our new life in Christ.

When God saved you, he also adopted you into his family. You have a distinct privilege that God is not only your king, he’s also your welcoming father.

We’ll also look at the union you enjoy in Christ. You’ll learn how our union in Christ affects our past, matters in our present time right now, and it also secures your future destiny.

Watch this message as we unpack the rich theology of these benefits for followers of Jesus.
