Continuing on our Fifth Sunday mission focus, Juan Martinez joins us to let us know about the ministry he is involved in, T.I.M.E. For Christ, and the important work they do in Mexico.

Continuing on the topic of prayer using The Lord's Prayer as the example, Bro. Mike talks about the meaning of the word "hallow" in reference to The Lord and how it is used in the Old Testament.

Bro. Mike discusses prayer by using the beginning of The Lord's Prayer. He also discusses the unique father/child relationship we share with God.

As we prepare to partake of the Lord's Supper, Bro. Mike dicusses why we do it, the admonition Paul gives to the Corinthians, and explains the differences between the beliefs surrounding The Lord's Supper.

As we enter a new year, Bro. Mike reflects on the importance of optimisim in the coming year. He discusses the joy that Paul had while under house arrest in Rome when he wrote his letter to the Philippians.

On this Sunday after Christmas, Bro. Mike discusses how God's invitation to the Son is for everyone so they may worship God and those who seek Him will find Him. He does this by contrasting the story of the shepards with that of the wise men from the east.

Bro. Mike discusses Jesus' encounter with the crowd at the temple during the Feast of Dedication. He also discusses the context of the confrontation (John 8 & 9). In addition, Bro. Mike talks about the origin of Hanukkah.

As we approach Christmas, Bro. Mike discusses the story of the wise men from the east coming to see Jesus. He compares their responses to the news of Jesus to that of King Herod and the scribes and prophets of the day.

Bro. Mike discusses the effect that following Christ has on our life and using the analogy of a hammer and a saw to show how Jesus is constantly working in and through our lives completeing the great work that God began before the foundation of the world.

On the Sunday before Thanksgiving, Bro. Mike discusses the story of the ten lepers who were healed by Jesus on his way to Jerusalem. During this discussion, he makes note of the fact that the one to turn back was a Samaritan.
