Waiting on the Lord is one of the most difficult things to learn in life, but it is the most rewarding when we biblically obey. We all need to heed these truths.

In order for us to understand prayer from a biblical perspective we must forget all that we know, or think we know, about prayer and learn from Jesus himself about what true prayer actually is. This is what the disciples had to do in Luke 11, and we must do the same.

In this episode we conclude our study on the rapture by taking a look at three phases of the rapture taught in the Scriptures and the glorified body we will receive when we meet the Lord in the air. All these things should give us great hope and peace!

Our faithfulness to the Lord stands or falls on the motives of our heart. This is so critical for us to understand each and every day!

After the events of the rapture every born-again believer will stand before the judgment seat of Christ to give an account of the stewardship of their lives after salvation. This eternal perspective should give us immediate sobriety every day in order to live for what matters most! ...the word of God and the souls of men.

Salvation through Christ changes everything! It can be easy to forget and take it for granted. We must remember and allow our salvation to drive everything we do in our lives.

To me, the rapture is one of the most interesting things in the scriptures pertaining to the church. It is absolutely amazing! The hope that we have in Jesus Christ is sure, and it should help us receive comfort in any circumstance we go through in this life.
