This Sunday, we finished our three-part series, a Smorgasbord of Complaints, where we focused on complaining leaders. Some major points discussed were: charge boldly, but not blindly into God's promises, when it comes to God's promises, how you proceed shows how you believe, and if you won't run toward God's promise and be saved, you will perish—and he is glorified either way.

We continued our three-part series "A Smorgasbord of Complaints" with a sermon titled Complaining Friends. We walked through Numbers 12 and find that Miriam and Aaron file a complaint against and God hears it, Miriam and Aaron’s complaint is completely out of line, and God does not let the complaint slide.

This week we started a three-part series titled A Smorgasbord of Complaints. We focused on Numbers 11 looking at how the people of Israel responded to God's provision. The faithless will find fault with God's provision and the faithful may also find fault with God's provision. God's response to our response to His provision is that the faithless will get what they deserve, the faithful will be spared what they deserve, and the faithful will learn to tell the difference between God's provision and God's punishment.

This scripture-heavy sermon is a crash course on the first 10 chapters of the book of Numbers. We find that God's mission is to make His glory known to all the world. He prepares a people for his mission, all people are affected by His mission, and if you are God's people, you are called to affect the world with His mission.

We kicked off our new sermon series in Numbers with a book overview where we found that the book of Numbers is more than just numbers. Some key points we discovered were: your greatest blessing is to know and be known by God, your gravest mistake is to reject God, and your glorious calling is to follow God.

This Sunday as we walked through the end of Ephesians, we discussed spiritual warfare and what we should do in response. Some realities:

1. You are in a spiritual war - fight!

2. When do we fight? Today!

3. How do we fight? With the spiritual weapons God gave.

4. Where do we fight? On the battlefield of prayer.

This week, we continued our Together in Christ series as we read through Ephesians 5:22-33. We discussed what a faithful marriage looks like. For wives - you are to support your husband so he can be the man God called him to be. For husbands - you are to be the man God called you to be. Why is faithful marriage such a big deal? Because it is a picture to the world of Christ’s love for the church.

This Sunday, we continued our Together in Christ series walking through the book of Ephesians. The sermon from today was part 3 of Knowing Right and Living Right, as we read Ephesians 5:15-21. In this sermon, we discussed ways that we can use our time wisely. Some ways in which we can do this are:

1. Know god’s will

2. Be sober-minded

3. Sing together

4. Give thanks together

5. Submit to one another

This Sunday, we continued our Together in Christ sermon series by reading Ephesians 5:1-14. This sermon was Part 2 of "Knowing Right and Living Right" and was concerned with sex. As we read through Ephesians 5 we found that we need to put sexuality in its proper context - the gospel. The secular world didn't invent sex, so don't let them tell you how to do it. And don't simply refrain from sexual immorality; expose it for what it is. Some steps that we can take in exposing sexual immorality:

• Step one—turn from the darkness of sexual immorality (v. 7).

• Step two—turn toward the light of Christ (vv. 8–10).

• Step three—confess sin (vv. 11–14).

This Sunday, we continued our Together in Christ sermon series as we read Ephesians 4:17-32. This week's sermon is about knowing right and living right as we relate to one another.

1. What is your biggest responsibility when it comes to relationship problems? You.

2. What is the surprising way in which God deals with your problems? He gives you a new you.

3. What things change in your relationships once God deals with the problems? You now seek relationships as Christ would.
