In this episode of Ask Marv, I answer two questions that I received from listeners that are somehow related. Both are about fear – fears that those who are thinking of going into freelancing are currently facing.
Here are the questions:
“How do I overcome fear? Fear of losing the constant source of income every 15 and 30th of the month. Fear of failure. Fear of not earning much. Fear of not knowing what to do. Fear for financial stability, security and finding clients on my own. Fear of leaving my comfort zone?”

Tips on how to overcome your fears going into freelancing
1. Acknowledge your fears.
2. Take action.
3. Prepare.
4. Talk to someone who has done it. Take them out to lunch.
5. Have a dialogue with your loved one.
