In this episode, Stephen Gresham takes us on a journey through self-love, powering through bias, being black in America and even picking the best dog names. Through his candor, humor and inspiring authenticity you will find incredible nuggets of insight that will not just make you a more informed ally but also a better human in the process
Stephen Gresham is a Psychologist, Adjunct Professor, and Faculty Director at Down Under School of Yoga. He is most passionate about co-creating environments in which individuals can shed limitations that aren't theirs to hold, tap into their internal reservoir of resilience, and step into a life of their own design. Further, as we are all cultural beings impacted by environments imbued with systemic injustice, Stephen is dedicated to facilitating dialogue aimed at empowering individuals and communities to take personal responsibility and intentioned action.
