But none of it was working.

I knew I couldn’t continue to repeat the same cycle with different men. 

Something had to change. 

I decided in that moment that I was going to finally work on healing my own wounds and work on myself, so that I could experience a beautiful and fulfilling relationship. I decided to put myself first. 

And now, with this podcast, I want to share with you the exact internal work strategies that I did to get to a place of confidence, peace, and worthiness.

Here’s a spicy little take for you… So many of our “limitations” are self-imposed…because we glorify our own convenience and comfort over actually seeing some growth. I recently signed up for a training I’ve been wanting to do for years. Actual f*cking years. I signed up, I paid in full, I booked for a single room, and… They messaged back and told me they only had dorms available. Shit. If you don’t know this about me, I haaate sharing my sleeping space, period. My partner and I don’t even sleep in the same room. So when I found out I’d have to stay in the dorms, I started finding reasons to try and undo the plunge I already took…until I realized I was limiting myself from something I really, really wanted for the sake of nothing but my own comfort. And I told myself what I’m also going to tell you: Get the f*ck over yourself. If you let yourself set limitations based on your own convenience and comfort, and you feel as though you’re experiencing intense stagnation…news flash, babe. You’re actually the only thing standing in your way. If we want something bad enough, we will do ANYTHING to make it happen.
