Anxiety is something that often goes hand in hand with ADHD, and this week's guest is no stranger to that struggle. In spite of the challenges heโs faced in life, heโs toured with bands all over the world, been on a TV show, started a family, and launched a clothing brand that brings awareness to mental health issues. Join us as we hear about what drives Vinnie to prove everyone wrong and show the world what he's capable of.

Life is difficult, and itโs hard to keep up on things especially when you have ADHD. We love starting projects and itโs easy to get as far as the dopamine rush will take us, but eventually the newness wears off and weโre left feeling like we wasted time. On top of that, the daily grind of just getting through every day really wears on you after a while, and it gets so hard to keep up the motivation to just do the bare minimum. This is even MORE difficult when it feels like life is just constantly dumping things on you. Today we want to talk about 3 simple words, and how they apply to SO many things: DONโT. GIVE. UP. On life, on your passions, or on yourself.

This week, we dive into the topic of seasonal depression and how it affects us both. We talk about how it differs from your run-of-the-mill depression, and what we've found to be helpful for us as we enter the colder months.
DISCLAIMER: We are not medical professionals and can only share our experience. If you are struggling with depression or think you may have symptoms of any mental illness, we STRONGLY encourage you to seek the help of a licensed medical professional.

We have always advocated for clinical ADHD treatment, and have also heard many good things about ADHD Coaching. We wondered what the differences between the approaches were and how theyโre meant to work together, so our guest Seth Rotman is going to help explain because he is not only a Coach, but a Nurse as well!

You are wrong, and thatโs a good thing.
We have been taught by society and culture what we "should" and "shouldnโt" do with our lives, but those who have ADHD often have a very hard time with doing it this way. Instead we need to re-learn the right way for US and allow ourselves to pursue it.

Many of us simply react to the situations we find ourselves in, we don't proactively move our lives in a certain direction. In this episode we discuss how we can start to live intentionally and gain control over where we're heading, rather than being victims of our circumstances.
