This week I’m telling you about the big epiphany I had from a conversation with my podcast editor.  She noticed when editing that I had more pauses and “annnnnnd’s” than usual in my last few podcasts.   Immediately I knew she was right and in this episode I’m sharing with you what I learned from all of it and how this is not the FIRST time I've experienced this.
