Anger is one of our fundamental human emotions. For the majority of us, we have the odd moments where we get angry and lash out before calming down and returning to normal. But for some, anger turns to rage and the lash-out is more extreme and prolonged, maybe leading to negative consequences. Why is that and what can be done to help? Let’s figure that out right now.
