Supreme People's Court (SPC): The Apex of the Judicial System
At the pinnacle sits the Supreme People's Court (SPC), located in Beijing. It directly handles cases within Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shandong, and Inner Mongolia. Notably, the SPC has established six Circuit Courts across China to enhance accessibility and efficiency:
First Circuit Court (Shenzhen): Jurisdiction over Hunan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, and cases involving Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
Second Circuit Court (Shenyang): Jurisdiction over Liaoning, Jilin, and Heilongjiang.

Below the SPC are the Local People's Courts, categorized into:
