The best acronym I have ever seen for fear is.

Most of the fear and anxiety I felt growing up came from my fears of being rejected and abandoned as a child. The trauma I developed in childhood. Caused me to obsess over the possibility of a romantic relationship.

Then imagine the back-breaking pain of judgment and rejection. I could feel the pain in my spine. I'm pretty sure you have felt the pain of wanting to be with someone. Or the frustration of having someone stuck on your mind.

The truth is overwhelming fear is triggered by what you expect to happen. It is often caused by a false belief. False beliefs that often came from an overly negative person or your inner child.

That part of you that was neglected, abused and forgotten. That part of you with a wild imagination. Thinking of all the horrible unimaginable things that would happen if you were abandoned. Horrible, horrible thoughts.

Your thoughts, influence your feelings, and your feelings, influence your actions.

So how do you get a handle on your fears and thoughts? How do you figure out what your inner child is saying?
