Hello lovely parents, 

As you know my daughter Lili was cast in a nationally touring musical 

In this episode we discuss how fear of the unknown affects how we show up and our ability to go for our hopes and dreams no matter what they are.  

We also continue to dive into how to be able to feel a feeling and not be scared and allow our children to also feel their feeling while staying present, not taking it on as your own and not deciding something went wrong.  We are unable to control the emotions of other humans, even our children, but if we can allow them to have their emotions and still ask for what you need it is a lot easier and more fun to parent.
