Truth is disruptive! Like pulling a thread on a garment, the more we acknowledge the more reveals itself. Once we start acknowledging our imagined limitations are untrue then a lot of the other constraints we’ve made up also begin to reveal themselves. This can be disruptive to your sense of reality, but it’s also the awakening more space for you to be a fuller expression of yourself.
