Fear: Put Your Fear in God's Hands
Fear is an unpleasant emotion caused by a belief. There is a link between fear and limiting beliefs. Ultimately, beliefs and thoughts are connected to the heart. Our potential is limited when we operate in fear. All areas of our lives are affected by this, not just our businesses.
At this time of year, what is your greatest fear? Often, we worry and fear things that have never happened. It is estimated that 80% of the things we worry about never happen, and they are only a source of anxiety.
Many of these fears come from online sources. In business, especially on Instagram, we tend to compare ourselves to others. We are opening Pandora's box if we do not set boundaries, adhere to our values, and remember our limiting beliefs are based on fear. Without blinders, you will end up exhausted and wondering why it isn't working.
What can you do to overcome fear:
- Prayer, hand your fear over to God
- Nature is the best way to overcome physical anxiety associated with fear.
- Building confidence comes from reminding yourself that you didn't die doing the scary thing
- Replace the limiting belief or fear with the truth.
Fear can easily overtake us. By following the right steps and strategies, you can let go of these false beliefs and receive God's best for your life. To move forward in your business, maintain healthy relationships with yourself and others, and align your finances, you must let go of fear. If you hold onto limiting beliefs in one area, they will affect all areas of your life.
According to the Bible, do not worry about anything, but instead, pray about everything.
Questions to ask yourself:
- What would it feel like if you didn’t have to be spammy tammy?
- What would it feel like to be confident when showing up on Instagram, knowing you would make major cash?
- What would it feel like if you were actually having fun on Instagram?
