For a long time, I found myself in dating scenarios with people who were emotionally unavailable, and I would often feel anxious and unsettled. I was ignoring the signals my body and intuition were sending me, and I was settling for less than what I truly wanted and deserved.
However, in the last few months, I've gone through a transformative experience that has led me to fall in love with dating. So I'm going to share with you some of the tips and tricks that I've learned along the way, to help you navigate the dating world with more ease and confidence. One of the key things I've learned is that in order to have a successful and enjoyable dating experience, you must first love yourself. This means taking care of yourself and your needs, and being aware of your self-worth. When you value yourself, you attract people who also value and respect you.
I'll also be sharing my experiences with setting boundaries, learning to say no, and focusing on your own happiness rather than relying on a people you date to fulfill it. Another important aspect of successful dating is learning to listen to your intuition. Often, our intuition is the voice that tells us when something doesn't feel right. By ignoring our intuition, we can find ourselves in relationships that are unhealthy and unfulfilling. I'll share some of the techniques that have helped me tap into my intuition, and how to trust and act on the signals it sends.
