In this episode, I got a little fired up talking about the concept of a healthier 2021. Why? Because often we focus on the enormity of trying to be perfect - fail miserably. Perfection isn't attainable - but better is. In this episode, I focus on small improvements you can make to be healthier in the physical dimension of your life. Just basic good principles that you can consider. Just be intentional about making small improvements over time in order to become a better version of yourself.
This is one of my favorite episodes to record every year - I share some of the "best" books that stood out to me of the 50 non-fiction books I read in 2020, and what made them resonate with me.
I've got TWO upcoming virtual workshops to help you become the best version of yourself in 2021 AND IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO REGISTER:

Fearfully and Wonderfully Me: Become the Woman and Leader You are Destined to Be starts January 9 and is my personal and professional growth workshop for women committed to the journey of developing into their potential.
It's that time of year when we start thinking about the new year and the new possibilities ahead. In this episode, I'm going to share some insight into the importance of setting the stage for your new year with intention as you consider the season of life, the goals you want to accomplish, and the growth you want to realize in 2021.
