The Mini 3 is rumoured to be released in April but what is DJI's latest mini drone going to offer? Firstly, they need to outperform Autel's impressive new Nano/Nano + (obstacle avoidance, tracking modes and a sensor capable of capturing 50MP stills and 4K/30fps - all packaged in a drone weighing less than 250g). The Autel Nano range is also offered in 4 distinct colours. What can we expect from the DJI Mini 3?

The DJI Mini 3 will offer obstacle avoidance in 3 directions (front, rear and downward facing sensors), tracking modes, improved flight time, gesture controls and a sensor capable of 4K/60fps. The Mini 3 might also come in unique colours and models (we might see a Mini 3 + or Mini 3 Pro). The Mini 3 - Fly More Combo could cost upwards of $1,200 AUD.
