Building a Healthy Mindset with Erynne Erdtsieck
A wellness entrepreneur, mental health advocate, and lip cancer survivor, Erynne is all too familiar with our world's battle of mental health.
Watching the illness deteriorate her mother's life, Erynne's fear became a reality one morning when her mother lost her battle with mental health and took her own life.
Completely devastated, Erynne promised herself her mother's battle would not be in vain.
Finding the strength to go on by digging deep in educating herself and others who may be battling the mental health fight, Erynne has made it her mission to take the negative stigma behind mental health and erase the negative image that people have with those words so that other families won't go through what she and her family have gone through.
When Covid hit in 2020 and lockdowns became mandatory, Erynne witnessed how our nation's mental health was affected.
Watching people not go outside, not converse, stop taking care of themselves, and fall into deep depression while suicide rates were rising, Erynne knew she wanted to be a resource for others to feel good again.
It would also be around this time that Erynne would be rechallenged as she learned she was battling the early stages of lip cancer.
With few resources out there to protect herself from the disease, Erynne started to research lip glosses with SPF and found none out there but one.
Not satisfied with the selection and seeing the struggles with mental health, Erynne would go on to create Mental Skincare – a beauty and apparel brand that helps others embrace their dark side and bring light to the conversations about mental health!
Now, Erynne uses her voice and influence to scream from the rooftops, "REACH OUT!" as a sign for others to know that they are NOT alone and that there are resources to help them get through the dark times in life.
Listen in as Erynne, and I discuss how overcoming some of life's darkest moments and finding a hole in the marketplace would lead her to create a beauty brand that helps others see the beauty in their darkness and how refusing to give up, even in her darkest hour, led her to find a way to FEARLESS HAPPYNESS!

A Family's Love with Lisa and Jeff Collien
Both serial entrepreneurs and beloved members of their community, Jeff and Lisa Collien, were living what you could call the American dream while raising their 4children.
That was until they discovered that at the young age of 18, their eldest son Brennan was hiding a drug addiction.
Witnessing some unusual behavior and a few minor red flags, Jeff and Lisa would soon learn that the problem was much bigger than Brennan just experimenting and being a typical
teenager.
Scared for their son and what could come next, Lisa and Jeff stepped into action to help Brennan find his way to sobriety.
Torn between tough love and helping in any way they can, Jeff and Lisa walked the path of struggle, heartache, and love while Brennan struggled to find his way to clean living.
Brennan would eventually become clean and grew into a man who had a heart that longed to change the world, proudly serving in the US Air Force, becoming a Chaplain to
various organizations, and even creating his own non-profit to help fellow veterans and others struggling with the same demons that he did.
Unfortunately, Brennan's light would burn out far too soon, and in June 2022, he took his last breath and went home to be with his Lord and Savior.
Now through their grief and wanting to keep Brennan's bright light alive, Jeff and Lisa are honoring his life by continuing with the wonderful work that Brennan was so passionate about.

Helping Children Shine with Bracha Goetz
Not your typical Harvard graduate, Bracha Goetz is an award-winning Jewish children's book author who has written over 41 picture books that cover deep subjects and translates them for children to understand at their level.
An avid reader growing up, Bracha could never find books covering the sensitive issues she was going through, from eating addictions to abuse to struggles with finding who she really was.
From the outside, Bracha looked like she was living her best life, but on the inside, she was silently struggling with no one to turn to. Like so many others, her addictions became a prison to her, and things started to unravel.
After graduating from Harvard, it was in her first semester of medical school that she started to hit rock bottom. Seeking help, Bracha spoke with a school counselor who told her that it seemed Bracha was searching for something spiritual.
So, that summer, she decided to go on a 6-week excursion to Israel and ended up staying 10 years. While in Israel, Bracha would immerse herself in learning everything she could about her roots and heritage. She found the spiritual answers she so desperately was searching for and discovered the meaning of her life.
Now the Goetz Bookshop & Publishing House owner, Bracha spends her time holding workshops to help others find ways to shine while continuing to write books that nourish the soul.
Listen in as Bracha, and I discuss her own struggles with identity and addiction, the journey to Israel that changed her world, and how she has made it her mission to help children shine spiritually, embrace their uniqueness, and live their FEARLESS HAPPYNESS.

As an Inc. 500 CEO and three-time Navy SEAL platoon commander, it is safe to say that Alden Mills has high-performance leadership, sales, and team-building skills.
With more than 40 years of experience failing and succeeding in various environments from sports, military, and business, Alden learned success is driven by one vital factor - Leadership.

Going with the Flow with Christi Myers
Founder and CEO of Flow Integrative, Christi Myers, has been a Paramedic for over 17 years. Her career began in 1999, serving several agencies, including the Department of Defense, American Medical Response, Life Flights, San Bernardino County Fire and Sheriff Department, and the Department of Justice.
With a seat in the front row, Christi understood firsthand the unique, invisible, and cumulative toll of witnessing indirect human trauma daily and the few support methods available for emergency response personnel's well-being.
After experiencing her loss of loved ones dear to her and being directly affected by depression, Christi knew something needed to change.
In 2020, Christi Myers founded Flow Integrative with a mission to normalize psychedelic therapies for growth, symptom reduction, and overall wellness for all.
Christi recognizes the global mental health crisis and has a clear vision to "help the help" by providing supportive services for front-line workers and service men and women who face chronic and complex trauma in their line of work.
Christi partnered with Enthea to aid her mission, making Flow Integrative the Flagship for the nation's first benefit plan administrator, working to facilitate employee psychedelic healthcare coverage.
Christi wholeheartedly believes that there is a better way to treat mental afflictions outside of traditional antidepressants or medications that act more as a temporary avoidance or dismissal of our emotions rather than a cure.
Under Christi's leadership, Flow Integrative has provided Ketamine Assisted Therapy to over 100 patients and has recently expanded its clinical footprint to a second location in San Mateo. Christi's passion and knowledge around the value of psychedelics, alongside her insights into human suffering, cause her to be mindful of how her clinics administer medicine, yielding protocols with gentle but effective results.
Listen in as Christi and I discuss her early career as a first responder to a medical professor, the breaking point to make a difference, her mission to provide overall wellness for all, and how she found her own way to FEARLESS HAPPYNESS!
