Sometimes God allows storms (or situations) to come into our life not only to grow us but also to make us much stronger. He promises us that He will be with us wherever we go (Deuteronomy 31:8).

There are times when God speaks to us and we ignore Him. He has tried multiple times to get our attention, but we just keep going about our busy lives. When you feel that tug telling you to do something that is the Holy Spirit speaking to you.

The bible does not say to cast some of your cares upon Him, He said to cast all of them! When you cast your burdens upon Jesus you can smile through anything that you are going through. Casting your burdens to Him requires you to trust Him fully.

Anxiety is defined as intense, excessive, and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations. Fast heart rate, rapid breathing, sweating, and feeling tired…

But what does God say anxiety is? And how should we react when we encounter anxiety and stress in our lives and it makes things seem unmanageable?
