It's a bit more educational than our usual Monday interview episodes; so if you're keen to learn about sustainability, the environment and nutrition within the Aussie red meat industry then this episode is for you. The wonderful and mega smart sustainability consultant Pip Band came on to share her knowledge and teach me a thing or two about what the Aussie red meat industry is doing to be more sustainable and look after he environment. From feeding practices like giving cows red seaweed which can decrease livestock emissions by up to 80%, to working with genetics and even storing carbon in the land, all in a bid to become carbon neutral by 2030!
