He will also share some lessons he has garnered from one of his favourite people on this planet about a new way to see attachment. This is so damaging to us, and we lose the idea that rest itself is productive and increases our own productivity. Bear then walks you through a body scan style meditation as a gentle exploration of the rhythms, beats, sounds, and movements of your body as you look at it in pieces.
