The owner of Oi Asian Fusion in San Diego! Here they serve asian inspired rice bowls that's made to order every single time! The idea of Oi Asian Fusion actually started from the two owners in LA, Paul King and Eric dela Cruz. They started fusing classic Filipino dishes, like adobo, tapsilog, and bistek with other cultures. Their dishes consist of Fried Chicken Adobo, Pork Belly and Umami bowl, and a Ribeye Bistek Bowl! JayPee works closely with them to make sure all the dishes in SD are exactly the same in LA!
