Minnesota National Guard Youth Camp (MNGYC) volunteer Richard Kemp has been volunteering with the organization for almost three decades. Kemp is a retired Minnesota Army National Guard Master Sergeant. Watch as he talks about sharing his passion for serving military kids who attend youth camp. The MNGYC is in its 26th year heavily relies on donations and volunteers for the success of the week long camp it offers kids and teens affiliated with members of the Minnesota National Guard.
