The Mexican restaurant chain Chipotle, with over 7,000 locations across North America, served up better-than-expected earnings in the first quarter. The chain, which expanded its footprint with 41 new restaurants this year, says that higher menu prices have helped it increase revenue by 17% year-on-year.
