The whereabouts of Wagner boss Yevgeny Prigozhin are still unknown. In an audio tape released yesterday, Prigozhin said the march to Moscow was a "protest," not a move to oust President Putin. Earlier today, Russia's federal security service that it's dropping the case against the Wagner group rebels, and Prigozhin, for the weekend revolt. Joining Julia to discuss the situation is former Russian Foreign Minister Andrei Kozyrev.
