According to a new report by the International Energy Agency (IEA), global investment in clean energy is on course to rise to $1.7 trillion this year. In fact, investment in solar power is set to exceed oil for the first time ever. But there's still major concern about the unevenness of that growth. The IEA points out that more than 90% of that increase comes from advanced economies and China. Joining Julia to discuss is IEA Executive Director Fatih Birol.
