Ahead of the one-year anniversary of Russia's war in Ukraine, the UN Refugee Agency just released its response plan for this year. They say more than $1.1 billion is needed: $600+ million to fund needs inside Ukraine and another $500+ million for those nations that are hosting displaced Ukrainians. Joining the show to discuss is UN Refugee Agency Deputy Commissioner Kelly Clements.
