With an estimated audience of over $1 billion, the women's World Cup soccer tournament is one of the biggest sporting events in the world. But there's still a major controversy: the gender pay gap. A new CNN analysis finds players at this tournament will make on average just 25 cents for every dollar earned by men. One of the company's calling for more support for women's soccer is Xero, an accounting platform based in New Zealand. Joining the show to discuss is Xero CEO Sukhinder Singh Cassidy.
