Julia Mallot took her 19 year old daughter to St. Mary's General Hospital E.R. in Kitchener, Ontario where her daughter was diagnosed with acute appendicitis while experiencing terrible pain. It took 19 hours, which included the assigning of an E.R. bed, only to have the bed then required for another patient, before Julia Mallot's daughter received very necessary surgery.
