“Abraham’s Trial of Faith” • Hebrews 11:17-19 – Elder Bryce Lowrance. Through one of the most striking trials of faith we find in the Bible, we learn that walking by faith is not blind faith like many describe it. Abraham did not toss out reason when he willingly offered up Isaac. He reasoned that God would raise him from the dead since he was the promised son. We do not have to take blind leaps of faith either. We have the will of God revealed to us in His word, the Bible. We are called to trust the promises of God and understand that His promises are true!
