So I cold called a vendor some time ago and he mentioned he was going to sell later.
For several months I've been keeping in touch with him, also giving him a Selling Guide a week ago.
Today he called me asking me my fees and marketing, mentioning he has 3 agent choices to go with and asked me to email him my fees marketing etc.
He replied my email saying will have an answer by end of week.
My question is: what can I do to secure the listing?
