Geoff interviews his Statics professor from college (and researcher in helmet technology and neurotrauma) Prof. Eric Nauman, now at the University of Cincinnati's Human Injury Research and Regenerative Technologies (H.I.R.R.T.) Laboratory. WE discuss the state of the art of helmets, different kinds of head impacts, how helmets are tested, the multidisciplinary team he works with, and what possible improvements to helmet technology could be coming next.
