Feel Good Panic

It may or may not have been a while since last time but, I come bearing gifts! Me. I am the gift(smile). I made this episode about the concept of oneness in my personal life and its influeneces on who I am. I also throw in a lil update of sorts of where I am, where I was(nothing special), and where I am looking forward to head to(special).

Well this episode WAS supposed to be about the details of shame and the bearings is has on us as individuals...but ya boy had a great day and had to brag a little bit about it.

Well, it has been a hot minute hasn't it huh? Hopefully that will be the longest I'm away from here, but who knows. Anyway I AM BACK...yea. I felt somewhat inspired to create another episode for this thing I have going on called a podcast or something. That said I not only came back with myself, but with an actual topic for discussion. woot woot. Hope yall enjoy this one because if ya don't.... well not much will change, but I still hope  enjoy it.
