During this sunrise recording we honour all parts of the body to invite a sense of curiosity. We practice breath retention as a metaphor for life itself, finding comfort in discomfort & choosing to permeate a new way forward. This breath work session is great for those days when you feel like there is “so” much to do. It gives you a sense of spaciousness & solitude to act from the heart rather than the head.
