Life can be quite traumatic, and a lot of that will be unavoidable.

There were so many ways I could take this episode, but I wanted to keep it simple and just introduce the concept for now. In a later episode, we will take a closer look.

Thankfully, not every traumatic incident results in PTSD though and there are a lot of steps you can take if you have experienced trauma.

Whether your trauma was in the recent past, early on in life, or even ongoing right now, in this episode you will learn:
