In this episode, Krista introduces the concept of defining your why and shares an exercise called the seven levels deep. The exercise helps individuals uncover their true motivations and desires by asking a series of why questions. By understanding their why, individuals can find the passion and drive to pursue their goals, even in the face of challenges. Krista emphasizes that this exercise is applicable to anyone, not just entrepreneurs, and can be used to set boundaries and navigate life's challenges.

The act of showering triggers the release of dopamine, a neurotransmitter associated with pleasure and reward. This surge of dopamine not only enhances your mood but also boosts your cognitive flexibility, making it easier for you to think outside the box and generate novel ideas.
The algorithm's main goal? To keep users engaged. It's like a matchmaker, trying to pair the right content with the right audience. So when you're stressing about those views, remember, the algorithm is just doing its job. But that doesn't mean you have to be a slave to it!
You see, the real magic happens when you shift your focus from those numbers to the people you're serving. That's right, I'm talking about your audience, your tribe, your community. These are the people who matter most, the ones who are hanging on your every word, waiting for your next post like it's the latest episode of their favorite Netflix series.
And here's the thing, when you show up authentically, when you pour your heart and soul into your content, you're not just playing the algorithm game anymore. You're building real, meaningful connections with real people. And let me tell you, there's nothing more powerful than that.
Following your heart isn't always a smooth ride. It requires a daring leap, a trust fall into the unknown. But, mama, your heart knows the way to joy and purpose. It's about carving out moments for yourself, pursuing hobbies that set your soul on fire, and rediscovering the passions that may have taken a backseat to motherhood. Your heart is a powerful guide, and when you listen to its whispers, it leads you back to the core of who you are.
You know, there's something truly magical about finding what sets your soul on fire and then using that passion to make a difference in the world. Whether it's photography, writing, baking, or even knitting, your passion has the power to inspire, uplift, and transform the lives of those around you.
It's not just about pursuing your passion for the sake of personal fulfillment. It's about recognizing the ripple effect it can have on others. Every time you show up authentically and passionately in your craft, you're giving others permission to do the same. You're shining a light for them to follow, showing them what's possible when you dare to dream big and chase those dreams with everything you've got.
There are so many ways you can unleash that passion, in Todays episode I'm giving you ten actionable steps to get started.
