In this episode, I talk a bit about meditation and how it helps those of us with chronic pain. It's not the end of the discussion, but it's a good start. After the short, commercial break we meditate together for about five minutes. The type of meditation we do in this episode is called anapana, which means mindfulness of breath. There is no religion or belief necessary to do this meditation, only that you believe in your own breath and you observe it for five minutes.
