On this episode, we talk to Libby Lefanowicz, the founder of Kula Ice Cream. Kula Ice Cream is the first and only completely gluten-free and vegan ice cream in San Diego. The ice cream tastes just like ice cream! She tells us about her background from being in computer science, going to ice cream school and even being in the yoga community. Libby tells us the meaning of "Kula" and how that inspired her recipes to be able to include everyone. Kula Ice Cream started by being inspired by an all vegan scoop shop in Austin Texas and wanted to bring it to San Diego. Libby gives us the inside scoop about how her ice cream is made.
