In this episode, I have the gift of talking to 3 of my students (that also happen to be family friends, so yes, full parent permission was given for them to be guests 🙏🏼) about being a 13 year old in the year 2022 & the different aspects of what that means to them. One of the main subjects we landed on was the feeling of being alone vs. the feeling of being lonely. Their insight is so lovely & inspiring. 🫶🏼
