I don't know about you, but recently my anxiety levels have grown. Perhaps it's because I have two part time jobs, as well as my side hustle, alongside my teenage daughter studying for exams oh and I'm going through the perimenopause!
So I've been trying to get outdoors more, breath in the fresh air, I find it calms me. I'm also finding time to meet up with friends over a cuppa. The website www.mentalhealth-uk.org has some very useful tips and advice on how to deal with anxiety. There is also a book about to gain some you time and de stress within your lunch hour.
