The foods we eat around the holiday season are loaded with carbs and sugar and are delicious! They also can cause water retention even if you don’t gain fat. This can get pretty discouraging but we are here to tell you not to let that happen. We know it can get in your head, but having the tools to deal with it can lead to some freedom too.
