Christina is a yoga and meditation guide, Kemetic reiki healer, full spectrum doula, spoken word artist and published author. Hannah is a painter, baker, almost 4th grader and a fire soul. I think she's earned the title of professional relaxer as well. They are the definition of a dynamic duo.

 

Together we talk about Christina's work and her why. We discuss her birthing journey, and Hannah's art along with many more sweet moments and beautiful gems.
