This is a truly special episode y'all. We're joined by mother/daughter team Christina Wherry & Hannah Hamilton and their bond is truly precious to witness. Christina is a yoga and meditation guide, Kemetic reiki healer, full spectrum doula, spoken word artist and published author. Hannah is a painter, baker, almost 4th grader and a fire soul. I think she's earned the title of professional relaxer as well. They are the definition of a dynamic duo.

Together we talk about Christina's work and her why. We discuss her birthing journey, and Hannah's art along with many more sweet moments and beautiful gems.

We were coming out of a holiday weekend (Independence Day) and thought it'd be a perfect opportunity to talk about America's history with vulnerability, and a lot of uncomfortable dialogue we unpack our personal experience with racism, how comfortable we feel talking to white people about it, micro-aggressions, the racial wealth gap, systemic racism among other complex topics.
