Chris is also the author of "Ignition: A Professional Woman’s Guide to Energized, Burnout-Proof Living." Being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis indirectly led Chris to becoming trained and certified as a health coach and founding Priority Wellness in 2008. With a combination of luck, genes, and intentional action, she has been relapse-free for over 18 years. Chris describes herself as a “recovering Type-A personality.”
